Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Part-time Server and become the heart of an energetic dining experience! In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create memorable moments for our guests while maintaining a lively and efficient atmosphere. Duties

Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance the dining experience
Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely entry and processing of transactions
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety
Handle cash, process payments accurately, and manage cashiering responsibilities including cash handling and math calculations
Upsell menu items to increase sales while providing excellent guest service and personalized recommendations
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables without compromising quality or guest satisfaction
Support food preparation activities when needed, adhering to food handling protocols and safety regulations
Assist in guest services by addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience

Experience

Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology is highly desirable
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty
Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing and cash handling purposes
Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety standards required
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts
Background in hospitality or serving roles that demonstrate adaptability and teamwork is advantageous
