Job Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations for our hotel. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional guest services during the night shift, maintain hotel security, and support front desk functions. As a Night Auditor, you will be the friendly face and vigilant guardian of our property, ensuring guests have a safe and comfortable stay while the day team is away. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help create memorable experiences for our guests and uphold the high standards of our hotel.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously during overnight hours
Monitor guest arrivals, departures, and requests to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and billing records to ensure accuracy and completeness
Maintain security by performing regular patrols of the property, monitoring CCTV footage, and controlling access points
Handle guest inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills
Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure compliance with hotel policies
Support front desk operations by managing guest relations, resolving issues promptly, and providing exceptional customer service

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and guest services best practices
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a valuable asset for communicating with diverse guests
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards, including guest relations, phone etiquette, and multi-line phone systems
Experience working in resort or hotel environments that emphasize guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence
