JOB SUMMARY:

Role and responsibilities of the Dealer Support Agent:
- Provide technical support to dealers for our residential and industrial products.
- Offer technical assistance to dealers using our management systems.
- Handle order intake and processing for our dealer network.
- Prepare quotations and manage warranty/claim requests.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support our sales and logistics team.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for internal processes.
Required qualifications for our Dealer Support Agent:
- College diploma or relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software.
- Ability to work collaboratively and share information effectively within a team.
- Fluent in French (preferred but not required).
