Duties:

- Assist with retail sales by recommending and upselling hair care products to clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling to provide clients with modern and innovative hairstyles
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming salon environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a barber or hairstylist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices in the salon industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in retail sales techniques for promoting hair care products
