Overview

Diablo Tool Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team.

This position plays an important role in supporting our day-to-day operations, maintaining an organized office, and providing excellent service to our customers, vendors, and team members.

We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, comfortable managing multiple responsibilities, and willing to grow with our company.

Position: Part-Time
Compensation: Pay is based on experience
Benefits: Benefits available after 3 months of employment

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling customer inquiries professionally.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems.
Use QuickBooks for invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping as required.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and other office documents.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer and vendor records.
Assist with inventory tracking, ordering, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Provide excellent customer service and help resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain office supplies and assist with purchasing and vendor coordination.
Work closely with management and other team members to support daily operations.
Perform additional administrative duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in office administration, reception, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
Experience with QuickBooks is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and clerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency with general computer applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Comfortable working independently while also contributing as part of a team.
Dependable, punctual, professional, and willing to learn.
Experience with inventory management or working in a manufacturing or industrial environment is considered an asset.
