Full job description

Redwood Properties

We are hiring for the part-time permanent position of Leasing Administrator for our residential rental building located at 17645 Yonge Street in Newmarket. The position would cover Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Leasing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible with meeting prospective tenants and assisting the leasing agents with preparation of documents and tending to clients. Further responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Notifying company personnel of visitor’s arrival
Meeting prospective tenants and giving suite tours
Keeping stock of supplies and coordinating any supply orders
Answering leasing office phone line, directing calls. and other general office administrative duties
Programming tenant FOBs for access to the building
Assisting the Leasing Agents and Property Manager
Assisting with setting prospects up with the online resident portal

Qualifications

High school or high school equivalent education
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with Yardi systems is a plus
