Have at least 5 years of financial analysis experience.
Have direct experience managing trade spend, trade accruals, customer pricing, or promotional spending.
Have you worked within the Food, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, or a similar industry.
Have experience of leading or managing a team of finance or analytical professionals.
Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.
Have a university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Hold a professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, CGA, CMA, or equivalent).
Experienced using SAP, SAP BI/BPC, Power BI, or similar ERP and business intelligence systems in a finance role.
Have experience of preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial reports and insights to senior leadership or business stakeholders.
Have partnered directly with Sales, Supply Chain, or other cross-functional teams to manage budgets, trade spending, forecasting, or annual planning activities.

FP&A Trade & Pricing Manager –Perm, FT, Day
The FP&A Trade & Pricing Manager is responsible for leading the Trade Deduction and Pricing Team and driving improvements in trade spend management and reporting processes. This role partners closely with sales teams to ensure effective deduction management and resolution, ensures pricing accuracy, provides clear visibility into account performance, and sets goals for team performance. The Manager oversees Trade Spend reporting, Trade Balance Sheet positions and controls, and supports contract management.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The scope of FP&A Trade & Pricing Manager is broad, including and not limited to:
- Lead the Trade & Pricing Team – Provide leadership and guidance to the team, Setting and managing targets, as well as Goals and Objectives. Ensure Customer Pricing and Trade accuracy to support compliance and performance management of business targets.
- Trade Spend Reporting – Oversee trade spend reporting, ensuring timely and accurate presentation of financial data, including all accruals. Aid in validation of balances of accuracy and spend for business decision making. Continually evolve and improve trade spend reporting processes to enhance accuracy and insight.
- Business Partnership - Partner with sales teams to manage trade accruals, balances, and resolve trade deductions, fostering collaboration and timely issue resolution
- Annual Plan - Work with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain business partners to coordinate the building, analysis and communication of the annual Customer Trade Plans.
- System & Process Development – Support advancement of new Trade Promotions Management Software, identify opportunities to streamline processes and reporting development to drive deeper level analyses to achieve financial targets. Actively identify and implement process improvements to bring value to the business.
- Leading projects from conception to completion.
- Other special projects and ad hoc reporting as required.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- University Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Professional Accounting Designation preferred
- Minimum 5 years of financial analysis experience with exposure to trade management, preferably in the Food, Retail, or CPG industry
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent MS Office computer skills (advanced excel).
- Experience with SAP/BI/BPC and Power BI is desired.
- Proven ability to effectively compile, analyze and interpret data.
- Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
- Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively with all levels and departments
