Overview

We are seeking a talented and personable Lash Technician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty through eyelash extensions and other aesthetic services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant environment, providing exceptional guest services while utilizing your skills in beauty treatments, retail sales, and client communication. The Lash Technician will be responsible for delivering high-quality eyelash extension applications, maintaining sanitation standards, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients seeking beauty enhancements.

Duties

Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction
Provide additional beauty services such as manicure/pedicure or body waxing as needed
Assist guests at the front desk with scheduling appointments
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with health regulations
Educate clients on aftercare procedures and recommend suitable products to enhance their look
Deliver excellent guest services by ensuring a comfortable and professional environment
Manage guest inquiries efficiently through clear communication skills

Requirements

Proven experience in eyelash extensions preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
Knowledge of sanitation standards within the beauty industry
Excellent communication skills to educate clients about services and products
Experience in front desk operations or guest services is a plus
Skills in body waxing, nail care, are advantageous but not required
A professional appearance with a friendly demeanor and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service
