Front Desk Receptionist / Client Experience & Sales Coordinator

Liorea Lounge is a luxury beauty salon and med spa dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences through premium services, cutting-edge treatments, and outstanding customer care. We are looking for an energetic, confident, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer service and sales.

Position Overview

The Front Desk Receptionist is the face of Liorea Lounge. This role requires exceptional communication skills, professionalism, strong sales ability, and excellent organizational skills. The successful candidate must be able to build lasting relationships with clients while ensuring every guest receives a five-star experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
Respond to emails, text messages, and social media inquiries.
Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments accurately.
Recommend salon, spa, and medical aesthetic services.
Promote memberships, packages, retail products, and seasonal promotions.
Build strong client relationships that encourage repeat business.
Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues effectively.
Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
Process payments, invoices, gift cards, and memberships.
Follow up with clients after appointments.
Contact potential and existing clients regarding promotions and bookings.
Assist with administrative duties and daily salon operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Required Skills & QualificationsCommunication

Exceptional verbal and written English communication.
Professional telephone etiquette.
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
Confident speaking with clients in person and over the phone.

Customer Service

Outstanding customer service skills.
Ability to create memorable client experiences.
Friendly, positive, and solution-oriented attitude.
Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.

Sales

Proven ability to sell memberships, packages, services, and retail products.
Comfortable meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong persuasion and closing skills.
Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable services.

Computer Skills

Strong computer proficiency.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Comfortable learning salon management software.
Accurate data entry and appointment scheduling.

Organization

Excellent multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
Reliable and punctual.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of front desk, receptionist, customer service, hospitality, retail, or salon experience.
Experience in a salon, spa, medical spa, or luxury retail environment is a strong asset.
Sales experience is highly preferred.
Experience using salon booking software is an asset.
