THE CARR GROUP Warehouse Supervisor / Manager
Brandon, MB
Full Time | Tuesday – Saturday

Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year based on experience

ABOUT THE CARR GROUP

The Carr Group is a national logistics company with 114 years in business. Our motto says it all - "In Service Lies Success." We operate last-mile appliance home delivery across Canada and we hold ourselves to a high standard every single day. Our Brandon operation is established and growing, and we need the right person to own it.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is not a standard warehouse supervisor position. This is a hands-on, single-site operations management role where you are responsible for the full day-to-day function of our Brandon branch. You will work independently, take ownership of the operation, and be the person who makes sure everything runs smoothly.

WHAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Warehouse Operations

Unload inbound trailers and stage all outbound loads
Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization within a 4,000 sq ft facility
Process cardboard and manage all returns paperwork
Ensure the warehouse is safe, clean, and audit-ready at all times

Routing & Dispatch

Route daily delivery loads for Owner Operator trucks using dispatch software
Communicate schedules, stop details, and any changes to Owner Operators

Day-to-Day Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for the Brandon operation
Liaise with The Carr Group leadership on performance, volume, and operational needs
Uphold The Carr Group's customer service standards at every touchpoint

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or last-mile delivery
Proven ability to work independently
Physically capable of unloading trailers and handling large items (appliances)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Mature, reliable, and accountable - this role requires someone who takes ownership
Excellent communication skills with both internal team and customers
Strong computer skills

WHAT WE OFFER

$50,000 – $55,000 per year based on experience (if you have a Class 3 licence compensation is negotiable.

Tuesday – Saturday schedule with Sundays and Mondays off
Stable, full-time year-round work - we do not have shutdowns
