ANC Modular Inc. is an industry leader in modular construction, delivering innovative building solutions across Canada. We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day and thrives in a collaborative environment. As the first point of contact for visitors, employees, clients, and vendors, you will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly while supporting multiple departments, including Finance, Human Resources, and Project Management.

This posting is for an existing vacancy. The position has become available due to the promotion of the current Office Administrator.

What You'll Do

As our Office Administrator, you will:

Welcome visitors, employees, clients, and vendors while providing exceptional customer service.
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and respond to general inquiries.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and office communications.
Coordinate meeting rooms and support company meetings.
Maintain an organized, professional reception area and office environment.
Order and manage office, kitchen, safety, and facility supplies.
Assist with employee timesheet administration and payroll preparation.
Provide Accounts Payable administrative support, including invoice processing and vendor inquiries.
Support Project Managers with document preparation, filing, and project administration.
Assist Human Resources with onboarding, recruitment administration, interview scheduling, employee documentation, and maintaining confidential personnel records.
Maintain records of company-issued equipment and assist with employee equipment distribution.
Coordinate employee events, meetings, training sessions, and internal initiatives.
Provide general administrative support across the organization as business needs require.

What We're Looking ForQualifications

Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field is considered an asset.
3–5 years of office administration experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A positive, collaborative, and service-oriented attitude.

Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following would be considered an asset:

Accounts Payable
Employee timesheet or payroll administration
Human Resources administration
ERP, accounting, or HRIS software
Construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments

Working Conditions
