Babble Buddies is growing, and we're looking for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to bring our evidence-based parent-and-baby circle time classes to communities across Ontario.

We're currently looking for instructors in:

Burlington

Cambridge
Hamilton
Guelph
Mississauga
Brampton
Barrie

What is Babble Buddies?

Babble Buddies is an engaging, evidence-based parent-and-baby circle time program created by Speech-Language Pathologists. Through songs, books, movement, play, and practical parent coaching, we empower families to support their child's communication development from the very beginning.

Families love our classes—and our instructors love the opportunity to build something meaningful in their own community.

This Opportunity is Perfect for You If You:

Are a registered Speech-Language Pathologist in good standing
Have a passion for working with babies, toddlers, and their families
Want flexibility and autonomy while growing your own business
Have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy building community connections
Love teaching, singing, coaching parents, and making learning fun
Are organized, motivated, and excited to create something of your own

What We Provide

You don't need to create a program from scratch.

As a Babble Buddies instructor, you'll receive:

A fully developed, evidence-based curriculum
Comprehensive onboarding and training
Marketing materials and social media support
Booking and payment systems
Business coaching and ongoing mentorship
Access to our growing instructor community
Regular curriculum updates and new resources
Opportunities to expand into multiple locations as your business grows

What You'll Do

Secure a community location in your area
Promote your local Babble Buddies classes with support from HQ
Lead engaging weekly parent-and-child communication classes
Build relationships with local families and community partners
Grow your own Babble Buddies business on a schedule that works for you
