Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly Montessori environment.
Guide children according to Dr. Maria Montessori's philosophy and AMI principles.
Observe, assess, and support each child's individual development.
Foster respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Maintain classroom records and communicate professionally with parents.
Participate in staff meetings, school events, and ongoing professional development.
