About Splash and Dash

Splash and Dash Groomerie & Boutique is a fast-growing North American pet care franchise with over 36 locations across the United States and expanding into Canada. We provide a premium grooming experience through full-service grooming, retail products, and membership-based bathing services.

Role Overview

A Pet Bather plays an important role in our salon, ensuring dogs receive high-quality bathing, drying, and finishing services while maintaining their safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

Bathe, dry, and brush dogs following Splash & Dash standards
Perform basic services such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, and facials
Handle dogs safely and comfortably during the grooming process
Maintain a clean and sanitary salon environment
Record pet information in the salon software
Assist with daily cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas

Ideal Candidate

Passionate about dogs and animal welfare
Comfortable working in a wet and fast-paced environment
Able to handle dogs up to 40 lbs
Reliable, attentive to detail, and team-oriented

Basic Requirements

Ability to perform the tasks listed above
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Willingness to follow company safety and quality standards
