Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist with the Ontario College of Pharmacists to join a highly integrated, clinic-based care team specializing in advanced therapeutics and biologics.

This is a unique opportunity to move beyond traditional retail pharmacy into a fully paperless, collaborative clinical environment, working alongside physicians, nurses, and patient support programs to deliver high-impact patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support patients receiving biologics and specialty medications

Provide injection training and vaccination consultations
Operate within a streamlined, digital-first care model

Qualifications

Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario (in good standing)
Strong interest in clinical practice and advanced therapeutics
Experience in specialty pharmacy, or high-volume settings is an asset
Familiarity with Kroll and Accuro EMR preferred
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach—especially with complex and vulnerable populations
