Full job description

We're looking for a Purchasing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems, building supplier relationships, and finding opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. If you enjoy negotiating, thinking strategically, and making a direct impact on project success, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do

Source and purchase materials, products, and services to support manufacturing and project requirements
Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing, lead times, and service agreements
Issue and manage purchase orders while ensuring materials arrive on time and meet quality expectations
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate annual and cycle counts
Analyze supplier performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Resolve supply chain challenges including shortages, delays, backorders, and quality concerns
Work closely with production, project management, and other departments to support project schedules
Develop and maintain a reliable supplier network that supports company growth
Contribute ideas that improve purchasing processes, inventory management, and overall operational efficiency

What You'll Bring

Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or a related role within a manufacturing environment
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to prioritize competing demands and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of challenges
