About Our Client
Our client is a well-established and growing Canadian distribution organization serving commercial customers across Ontario and beyond. As they continue to invest in technology and process improvement, they are seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to own and enhance their ERP platform.

This is an opportunity to become the organization's internal NetSuite expert, partnering closely with Finance, Operations, Purchasing, Inventory, and IT to optimize business processes and support continued growth.

Position Overview
Reporting to the Information Systems Manager, you will be responsible for the administration, support, optimization, and continuous improvement of the NetSuite ERP platform.

We're looking for someone who has owned NetSuite within an organization—not someone whose experience is limited to implementing systems for external clients. You understand how Finance and Accounting rely on NetSuite while also supporting Operations, Purchasing, Inventory, and other business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day administration of the NetSuite ERP platform.
Configure workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, forms, roles, permissions, and custom records.
Support Finance, Accounting, Operations, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, and IT users.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing user support.
Coordinate system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and documentation.
Develop reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches.
Support integrations with third-party applications.
Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve business workflows.
Deliver user training and promote adoption of new functionality.

Qualifications
Required

3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
Experience serving as the primary NetSuite Administrator or Business Systems owner.
Strong experience with workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, roles, permissions, forms, and custom records.
Solid understanding of Finance and Accounting processes, including General Ledger, AP, AR, month-end close, and financial reporting.
Experience supporting NetSuite across Finance as well as Operations, Purchasing, Inventory, or Distribution.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred

NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation).
Experience with SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, or third-party integrations.
Experience in distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, logistics, or other inventory-driven businesses.
