We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to join our team full-time. This role combines bookkeeping with office administration and offers an excellent opportunity to grow into a senior accounting or operations position as the company expands.

We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career—not just find their next job.

About the Role

This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the company. You'll work closely with the leadership team and be involved in a variety of responsibilities that keep the business running smoothly.

ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping & Accounting

Full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online.
Yardie accounting online
Builder Trends
Accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Bank and credit card reconciliations.
Job costing and project cost tracking.
Monthly financial reporting.
GST filings.
Payroll
Assisting with year-end working papers for the accountant.

Administration

Organizing digital files and company records.
Managing incoming invoices and documentation.
Assisting with purchasing and purchase orders.
Supporting project managers with administrative tasks.
Maintaining Buildertrend, Yardi, and other company software.
Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
General office administration and reception duties as required.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

Professional with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with QuickBooks Online.
Bookkeeping or accounting education (or equivalent experience).
Experience in construction, real estate, or property management is an asset.
Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Experience with Buildertrend or Yardi is an asset but not required.
