Full job description

The Position:

The Human Resources Coordinator is the operational engine of the Human Resources department. This role executes Human Resources administration, onboarding/offboarding logistics, recruiting coordination, benefits workflow administration, employee relations file administration. The Human Resources Coordinator ensures accurate, timely, confidential processing and builds repeatable systems (templates, trackers, calendars) that protect executive capacity.

The Person:

Minimum 2–3 years of Human Resources or Human Resources‑related administrative experience, preferably in a regulated or multi‑site organization.
Demonstrated experience maintaining accurate, complete, and confidential employee records, including digital file management and retention practices.
Working knowledge of core Human Resources administrative processes, including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment coordination, benefits administration, and compliance tracking.
Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and recurring compliance activities.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling sensitive employee and payroll‑related information.
Proficiency with HRIS and administrative systems; experience with payroll or Human Resources platforms considered an asset.

Compensation:

Salary range $55,000 to $65,000/annually.
Comprehensive benefits package.
