Carrefour à Cap-Pelé Irving – Associé(e) au service à la clientèle (Temps partiel)

Carrefour à Cap-Pelé Irving est détenu et exploité par Power Plus Technology Inc., basée à Moncton, NB. Power Plus Technology Inc. possède et exploite également Crossroads@Magnetic Hill Irving et Crossroads@Hanwell, et emploie environ 40 personnes.

Nous sommes à la recherche de personnes énergiques, fiables et responsables pour se joindre à notre équipe d’associés au service à la clientèle à notre emplacement de Cap-Pelé. Les candidats retenus seront responsables d’opérer une caisse enregistreuse, d’interagir régulièrement avec les clients et de réapprovisionner l’inventaire.

Il s’agit principalement d’un poste à temps partiel nécessitant une disponibilité les fins de semaine, les jours fériés et les quarts de fermeture. Certains quarts de fermeture peuvent également être requis durant la semaine. Les candidats doivent être confortables à travailler seuls et capables de fermer le magasin de façon autonome.

Les candidats idéaux auront de l’expérience dans des environnements de vente au détail, de bonnes capacités de prise de décision rapide et la capacité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique, autant de façon autonome qu’en équipe. Ils doivent également être fiables et responsables afin de respecter l’horaire affiché.

Les candidats doivent être capables de travailler comme commis d’étalage/plancher ainsi que d’opérer efficacement une caisse dans un environnement rapide.

Les candidats doivent également être en mesure de travailler dans des conditions froides pendant de longues périodes, y compris dans les réfrigérateurs et chambres froides accessibles. Le poste exige également de travailler à l’extérieur dans toutes les conditions météorologiques.

Une vérification des antécédents judiciaires par la GRC sera requise avant l’embauche.

Carrefour à Cap-Pelé est un emplacement agence de l’ANBL; tous les candidats doivent être âgés d’au moins 19 ans.

Responsabilités :

Carrefour à Cap-Pelé Irving – Part-Time Customer Service Associate

Carrefour à Cap-Pelé Irving is owned and operated by Power Plus Technology Inc., based out of Moncton, NB. Power Plus Technology Inc. also owns and operates Crossroads@Magnetic Hill Irving and Crossroads@Hanwell and employs approximately 40 people.

We are looking for energetic, reliable, and responsible individuals to join our team of Customer Service Associates at our Cap-Pelé location. Successful candidates will be responsible for operating a cash register, interacting with customers on a regular basis, and restocking inventory.

This is primarily a part-time position requiring availability for weekends, holidays, and closing shifts. Some weekday closing shifts may also be required. Candidates must be comfortable working alone and capable of closing the store independently.

Ideal candidates will have experience in retail environments, strong quick decision-making skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team. Candidates must also be dependable and responsible in maintaining their posted work schedule.

Applicants must be able to work as both a stocker/floor associate and efficiently operate cash in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must also be able to work in cold conditions for extended periods of time, including walk-in coolers and refrigerated areas. The position also requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.

An RCMP criminal background check will be required prior to employment.

Carrefour à Cap-Pelé is an ANBL Agency location; all applicants must be at least 19 years of age.

Reliable transportation is required. Store hours are 6:00 a.m. to midnight, including all holidays.

Applicants must currently reside within driving distance of the location and be available to start as soon as possible.

Bilingualism would be considered an asset.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to each customer quickly and efficiently.
Interact with customers and coworkers in a positive and friendly manner.
Answer customers’ questions about products and offer suggestions to help them find what they are looking for.
Receive orders and complete stocking duties, including ANBL products on the sales floor and in the walk-in cooler, along with general convenience store items.
Complete daily store maintenance and cleaning duties inside and outside the store (e.g. sweeping/mopping floors, garbage removal, washrooms, etc.).
Ability to work independently to open and close the store.
Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods of time, including walk-in coolers and refrigerated areas.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
