Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent / Restaurant Server to provide exceptional guest experiences in our hospitality establishment. This role combines front desk responsibilities with restaurant serving duties, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and a passion for hospitality. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse clientele effectively. This position offers an engaging environment where you can develop your customer service skills while contributing to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures at the front desk
Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
Take food and beverage orders from restaurant patrons, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Assist guests with menu selections, special requests, and dietary needs as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and dining space
Handle guest complaints or concerns with tact and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary
Support other hotel or restaurant operations as required to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or restaurant serving is preferred but not required
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively serve diverse guests
Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and guest service protocols is advantageous
Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry enhances suitability for this role
