Full job description

Select People Solutions is partnering with our client to recruit a versatile and organized Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support daily office operations while assisting with marketing initiatives. This role is primarily administrative, with opportunities to contribute to social media, digital content, and brand awareness. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Compensation & Hours:

The rate of pay will be $45,000–$55,000/year, depending on experience
Full-time, permanent position
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Prepare documents, correspondence, and reports as needed
Manage data entry, filing, and general office organization
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and administrative tasks across the team
Create and schedule social media content to support marketing initiatives
Assist with updating website content and promotional materials
Support marketing campaigns and other special projects as required
Help maintain a positive and professional experience for clients and visitors

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable creating and scheduling social media posts
High attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated attitude
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

Bonus Points For:

Experience editing or creating short-form videos for social media
Familiarity with Wix website management
Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Education in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
