What You'll Do

Create Standout Content: Craft engaging social posts, stories, and updates that capture attention and drive conversation, highlighting key services, promotions, and updates.
Visual Storytelling: Source, edit, and design compelling graphics and photos that bring our clients' brands to life.
Promotional Strategy: Refresh monthly promotions to keep content relevant, timely, and buzzworthy.
Profile Management: Optimize client profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business to maximize reach and engagement.
Publishing Oversight: Confirm posts go live as scheduled, catch any issues quickly, and keep the team informed when something needs attention.
Calendar Coordination: Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar that supports consistent, impactful content.
Asset Coordination: Liaise with our graphic designers and copywriters to gather, route, and prep the assets behind each campaign.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with content, SEO, and design teams to amplify client messaging and drive results.
Client Support Monitoring: Keep an eye on the client support helpdesk and route incoming questions and requests to the right team members so nothing slips through.

What We're Looking For

A creative, positive, and detail-oriented approach with a passion for storytelling.
1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing, agency or brand-side.
Strong writing, editing (photo, video, text), and client-facing communication skills.
Demonstrated experience with major social media platforms and familiarity with scheduling and management tools like ContentStudio, SocialBee, or similar.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience with vertical video creation (e.g., Reels, TikTok) is an asset.
A customer-focused mindset and an eagerness to learn and grow on a dynamic team.
Degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Journalism, or English.
