We are a growing precast concrete manufacturing company serving residential, commercial, and municipal customers throughout British Columbia. We take pride in delivering quality products, exceptional customer service, and reliable solutions for our clients.

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist / Office Administrator & Sales Support Representative. This is a dynamic role that combines reception duties, office administration, customer service, and sales support.

Position Summary

As the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience while helping support the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be highly organized, professional, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Customer Service

Greet and assist visitors, customers, and delivery personnel.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment.

Office Administration

Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier shipments, and office supplies.
Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and customer account administration.
Maintain accurate customer and project records.
Support management and production teams with administrative tasks as required.

Sales Support

Prepare quotations and sales orders.
Follow up on customer inquiries and leads.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to communicate order status and delivery information.
Build positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Assist with marketing initiatives and social media updates as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in reception, office administration, customer service, or sales support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with accounting or ERP software is considered an asset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or building materials industries is an asset but not required.
