Route Manager / Route Assistant – Residential Cleaning
Location: Uxbridge and Port Perry, ON
Schedule: Daytime hours

MOLLY MAID Uxbridge/Port Perry is looking for dependable and positive Route Managers and Route Assistants to join our professional cleaning team. You will work with a teammate to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services that help clients enjoy clean, comfortable and organized homes.
Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but it is not required. We provide paid, on-the-job training to help you succeed.

What you will do
- Travel with a teammate to clients’ homes throughout Uxbridge and Port Perry
- Professionally clean approximately three to five homes per day
- Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitize assigned areas
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces
- Follow MOLLY MAID’s professional cleaning procedures and quality standards
- Handle clients’ homes and belongings with care and respect
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment and the company vehicle
- Work efficiently while following the day’s established route and schedule
Who we are looking for
You may be a great fit if you:
- Are dependable, motivated and positive
- Enjoy cleaning and take pride in your work
- Have strong attention to detail
- Work well as part of a two-person team
- Can work efficiently without direct supervision
- Are comfortable performing a physically active job
- Can professionally clean approximately three to five homes per day
- Can provide a clean criminal record check
- Have a valid driver’s licence
- Live in or can reliably commute to Uxbridge or Port Perry
Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, room attendance, office cleaning, commercial cleaning or general cleaning is an asset, but not required.
