Quarry Manager, Australia. Relocation package and visa sponsorship.

Roles across Australia - NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, TAS and WA.

If you lead an aggregates operation in Canada, the fundamentals of this role will be familiar.

Hard rock and sand and gravel. Drill and blast. A crushing and screening circuit that rewards a manager who knows it well. A haul fleet, a maintenance program, customer deadlines, and an ongoing relationship with the community on your boundary.

The role

You run a quarry, or a small group of sites, like a business.

The production plan, from drill and blast through to dispatch
Fixed and mobile plant kept safe, compliant and reliable
The site P&L, budget and cost per tonne
Licenses, approvals, rehabilitation and the community
Your team of operators, tradespeople, supervisors and contractors

You

Have led an aggregates, quarry or pit operation, or ready to step up from 2IC
Know crushing and screening, mobile fleet, load and haul, drill and blast
Comfortable with production plans, budgets and cost per tonne
Solid on compliance in your jurisdiction. No Australian experience needed. We help you convert your tickets
Serious about moving, and eligible for an Australian work visa
