Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is looking for a dynamic, strategic and results-driven professional to join our team in the role of Co-Op/Developmental Student College/Uni.

This posting is for multiple co-op positions at Ontario Power Generation (OPG) starting in January 2027. Applicants will be reviewed and matched with OPG managers hiring students within their discipline. Qualifications

Currently enrolled as a full-time, post-secondary student in a recognized institution, pursuing one of the following areas of study:
- Civil Technician/Technologist
- Drafting
- Other related disciplines
Have completed a minimum of 1st year in an undergraduate program at university by the start of the opportunity.
Returning to full-time studies in the same program following the completion of the work term OR require the work term or co-op placement to graduate.
Have a minimum average of 70% cumulative GPA (transcript must be included in application).

All successful candidates will be required to complete a security clearance application. Before the application can be completed, ID verification will be required. Important Information

The base salary range considers many factors including, but not limited to experience, education, and training, including any collective agreement requirements for union represented positions. It is not typical for the salary to be offered near the top of the range, and salary is dependent on numerous factors. For management roles, the base salary range does not represent the total compensation package. The total compensation package for regular full-time management roles includes pay-for-performance programs for annual and medium time periods. Maintaining a high-performance culture and excellence is a core expectation of every member of our leadership team and is rewarded through the established compensation framework.
