Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager to elevate our brand’s online presence and engage our target audience across multiple digital platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling content, develop strategic campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, possesses a keen eye for design, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where creativity and data-driven decision-making go hand in hand. Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals to boost brand visibility and engagement.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
Design eye-catching graphics and visual content utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance posts and campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach and search engine rankings.
Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize ROI while targeting specific audiences.
Monitor social media analytics through Google Analytics and platform insights to assess performance, identify trends, and refine strategies accordingly.
Proofread all content meticulously to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency before publishing.

Skills

Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on social media management for brands or businesses.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite for creating compelling visual content.
Hands-on experience with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research techniques to enhance content visibility.
Ability to run targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns effectively while understanding audience segmentation.
Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking website traffic driven by social media efforts.
Strong proofreading skills to ensure error-free content that aligns with brand voice.
Understanding of e-commerce platforms to integrate social media strategies with online sales initiatives.
Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to collaborate across teams including graphic designers, marketers, and content creators.
