What You'll Do

As our Medical Spa Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the clinic while creating a positive, high-performance culture for both staff and clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead and manage all day-to-day clinic operations
Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
Ensure an exceptional client experience from consultation to follow-up
Monitor clinic performance and help drive revenue growth
Oversee staff scheduling, productivity, and performance management
Develop and implement promotions, memberships, and retail initiatives
Manage inventory and ensure operational efficiency
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and client safety
Support social media, marketing campaigns, and community outreach
Ensure compliance with clinic policies and industry best practices
Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven workplace culture

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who understands both the clinical and business side of a successful medical spa.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of management experience in a medical spa or cosmetic clinic
Strong understanding of cosmetic injectables, thread lifting, laser treatments, and medical aesthetic procedures
Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and retail sales
Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Strong business acumen with experience driving sales and clinic performance
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Professional, positive, dependable, and client-focused
Experience with spa management software is considered an asset
