Full job description

Today, we provide a comprehensive range of solutions, including dredging and dewatering, directional drilling, and core drilling, in addition to our established hydro excavation and industrial cleaning expertise.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and tracking tools throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate project plans, progress updates, risks, and issues with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Identify, analyze, and help resolve project challenges to minimize impacts on schedule and budget.
Build and maintain positive working relationships across departments and external partners.
Support Project Managers with project administration, reporting, scheduling, procurement.
Assist with the day-to-day coordination of project activities to ensure smooth execution.
Track project performance, analyze data, and prepare status reports and updates for management.
Coordinate meetings, maintain action item logs, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Perform additional administrative and project support duties as required.

Skills & Qualifications

Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative and think proactively.

Experience Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in the project coordination field. A degree in Project Management, Business Administration or Public Administration considered an asset.

Position Details:
This is a contract position with an initial six-month term. The successful candidate will have a strong opportunity for extension based on performance, business needs, and project workload.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
