Full job description

Owasco RV Centre is looking for an: Energetic, Enthusiastic, Reliable & Self Motivated Rental Associate to join our team! This is an opportunity to work for an exceptional company and enjoy the benefits of competitive pay and a great work environment.

The posting is for an existing vacancy

Working Hours: 40-45 hours per week

Must be available: Monday-Saturday between the hours of 8:00am-6:00pm

Duties & Responsibilities:

Help clients plan their dream RV Vacation
Quoting RV Rentals
Booking RV Rentals via telephone, email, and in-person
Completes regular follow-ups to encourage RV Reservations to meet booking targets
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Takes the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction
Ensures that each and every customer encounter is consistent and helpful
Accurately complete Rental Agreements
Schedule, process, and inspect each RV for delivery and return
Daily cash and credit card transactions - when needed
Completing orientations of RVs to clients during check out
Support our guests while they are on their trip
Help with community events

Qualifications:

College or University education an asset
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
Previous sales experience considered an asset but not required
The employer will provide all training and resources
German and/or Dutch Language Skills (as well as English) considered an asset.

Pay: CA$20.00 per hour + Monthly Bonus Incentive ($200 to $300)
