Hilton Garden Inn Ajax – Now Hiring: Full-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor

Hilton Garden Inn Ajax is looking for a Full-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee restaurant operations, manage events, and ensure exceptional service in both our restaurant and banquet spaces. This leadership role offers a competitive salary of $49000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the Food & Beverage team in daily restaurant and banquet operations.
Ensure high-quality service in line with Hilton Brand Standards.
Oversee restaurant functions, staff performance, and guest satisfaction.
Manage events and banquets, coordinating setup and execution.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
Assist with inventory control, ordering, and cost management.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
Address guest inquiries and service concerns professionally.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant and event management.
Smart Serve certification is required.
Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Open availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
