In this role, you will connect donors with the causes that matter most to them through outgoing phone fundraising. What You’ll Do
- You’ll connect exclusively with existing donors who truly love - and have already given to - the charities you represent (no cold-calling)
- You'll engage in heartfelt, authentic conversations to build relationships and trust with donors
- You’ll inspire donors to commit to ongoing monthly support, ensuring incredible organizations have the lasting resources they need to effect real positive change in the world

What You’ll Need
- To be based in Canada, authorized to work full-time, and have a Canadian bank account to receive funds (we cannot sponsor work visas)
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to:
a) Engage in natural conversations that inspire donors to give
b) Listen actively and adapt to each person’s unique story and motivation
c) Represent various charities across different campaigns
- Access to a quiet home office space, free from distractions and background noise
- A wired USB headset with built-in microphone (earbuds and Bluetooth devices not accepted)
- A laptop or desktop with Apple, Windows 11, or newer Operating System (Chromebooks and Windows 10 and lower are not supported)
- A reliable, uninterrupted internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 30 Mbps, and an upload speed of 10Mbps (To test your internet speed, visit www.speedtest.net)
- A smartphone or tablet that can support multi-factor authentication apps
- Basic computer and data entry skills, including familiarity with Google Chrome, Gmail, and Google Chat
- Preferred experience in a call center (1 year) and customer service (1 year)
