Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Line Chef to join our vibrant culinary team! As a key player in the kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes that delight our guests. Your energy, attention to detail, and commitment to food safety will help create an exceptional dining experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a welcoming and lively restaurant atmosphere. We are looking for someone who can create and standardize new recipes, especially Hyderabadi Mandi, Biryani, grilled items, Indian appetizers and curries. Assist with kitchen workflow and food preparation processes Train and guide other kitchen staff Be hands-on with day-to-day cooking and kitchen operations. Help maintain food quality and consistency after launch. Suggest new dishes and improvements based on customer response

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
Support the kitchen team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks including meal assembly and plating
Follow all food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness of ingredients
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth kitchen workflow

Experience

Previous food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Proven skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling, and sanitation practices
Experience with serving guests in a hospitality setting is preferred
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in professional cooking
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration and learning
