Full job description

Junior Lawyer (Contract – Temporary Legal Drafting Support)
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Ontario preferred)
Term: July–August (with possible extension to October)

We are seeking a Junior Lawyer to provide temporary support with high-volume legal drafting work over a two-month period.

Scope of Work:

Drafting and revising legal documents, agreements, and related materials
Assisting with general legal drafting tasks as assigned
Supporting internal legal and business teams with time-sensitive work
Organizing and reviewing documentation for consistency and completeness

Time Commitment:

Flexible scheduling, subject to workload demands

Qualifications:

Called to the Ontario Bar (or eligible to practice in Ontario)
Strong drafting and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
Prior experience in commercial, employment, or corporate drafting is an asset

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
