Are you passionate about creating delicious food and leading a kitchen team to success? BAO MAMA UTSC Market Place, located in 1265 Military Trail, Scarborough, ON M1C 1A4, is looking for a talented and dedicated Line Cook Lead to join our growing team. What You’ll Do

As the Line Cook Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection while maintaining consistency and quality.
Leading and supporting the kitchen team during service to ensure smooth operations.
Assisting with inventory management, food storage, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Ensuring all food safety and sanitation standards are met.
Collaborating with the team to develop new ideas and improve processes.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone with:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with us.
