Reporting to the Director, Workforce Optimization, the Manager, HR Technology & Workforce Analytics provides technical and managerial leadership of Lakeridge Health's HR technologies, systems and platforms. This role's primary responsibilities include serving as the Leader for our People Systems including Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Human Capital management (HCM), UKG, ADP managing and coordinating application resources and processes, and coordinating consistent support. The position is responsible for leading team of HR Tech and workforce analyst that work closely with Payroll, scheduling, IT, Finance and external vendors to drive effective integration and ongoing enhancement of people systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
" Lead the strategy, planning and development of HR systems and capabilities roadmap which includes aligning HR systems with Lakeridge Health's strategy, and ensuring seamless integration across multiple systems, vendors and platforms
" Drive initiatives to optimize Lakeridge Health's HR technologies, systems and platform to eliminate manual work, drive efficiency and ensure compliance all while improving the employee experience
" Ensure all systems and processes comply with relevant data protection legislations and support risk mitigation initiatives
" Solidify a strong data management foundation that governs data architecture, data quality, data integration, HR master data management
" While building long term capabilities such as sustainable HR data repository that will break down the challenge of data silos and allow users to quickly analyze Talent data for insight and analytics
" Collaborate with analysts, technical staff, and business owners with all phases of the system development life cycle
" Advise and coach team members by providing guidance on issues, and key success factors incorporating lessons learned
" Organize resources to complete application tasks on time and within budget
" Ensure daily operations are being monitored and executed according to defined Service Level Agreements including ticket management and escalation as required
" Work with the appropriate stakeholders to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the systems
" Oversee the development of sustainable, scalable, and automated reporting solutions that help us understand and improve employee relations across the organization
" Stay current with HR technology trends, workforce Analytics and digital tools to continuously evolve the HR tech landscape and improve decision-making capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
" Successful completion of a University Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related course of study. Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP) or other business process certifications would be considered an asset
" Minimum of five years' experience driving the adoption of HR technology solutions with a strong focus on the end user experience and building applications for business purposes. Experience in a Healthcare setting preferred
" Must have effective verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate confidence, creativity, effective organizational, project management skills, and a service orientation combined with solid technical skills and business acumen.
" Excellent change management and transformational leadership skills, with strong ability to coach and mentor team members through change
" Must have prior working experience developing and implementing project plans, support tools and processes
" The ideal candidate must be an enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire and motivate people, and have a proven ability to develop and foster strong stakeholder relationships
" Proven track record related to formulation and driving execution of a holistic data and technology strategy for Human Resources
" Experience working with a variety of HR systems is considered a strong asset in cross-platform optimization.
