Shift Schedule (3-Day & 4-Day Rotation)
Enjoy predictable hours with 3 or 4 days off every week:
Week 1: Sunday – Wednesday 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (40 hrs)
Week 2: Sunday – Tuesday 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (30 hrs)
Key Responsibilities
Safe operation of specialized material handling equipment, including Order Pickers / Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, and Counterbalance Forklifts.
Hand-pick, stage, and prepare high-volume product orders using RF scanners and inventory systems.
Elevate comfortably to high rack heights to pick and store inventory safely.
Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to OSHA and provincial safety guidelines.
Qualifications
Experience: Prior experience operating material handling equipment (Order Picker / Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, or Counterbalance preferred).
Comfort with Heights: Comfortable operating equipment at high rack elevations while wearing required safety harness equipment.
Certifications: Valid external forklift certification is an asset (on-site equipment training provided).
Attributes: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities
Pick & Prepare Orders: Read work orders to accurately pick, pack, kit, and get materials ready for shipment.
Drive Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, clamp trucks, reach trucks, and cherry pickers to load, unload, and move stock.
Organize Stock: Put away inventory in the right bins, racks, or shelves by size, type, or SKU number.
Check Quality: Inspect orders to make sure items and packaging meet high quality standards (ISO 9001).
Equipment & Safety Checks: Do daily safety checks on your machine before your shift and report any repair needs right away.
Count & Clean: Help with physical inventory counts, rotate stock, and keep the warehouse clean and safe.
Qualifications
Warehouse Experience: At least 3 months of warehouse work or trade training.
Comfort with Heights: Comfortable working up high on order picker lifts.
Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or reach during your shift.
Night Shift Availability: Able to work the rotating night schedule (Week 1: Sun–Wed, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM Week 2: Sun–Tue, 5:00 PM–3:30 AM).
