Overview

Join Our Team!

We are looking for an experienced, professional, and highly organized Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our growing dental practice. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires someone who is comfortable managing the front desk while ensuring the office runs efficiently and delivers an exceptional patient experience.

If you are a motivated leader with strong communication skills, extensive dental office experience, and are highly proficient in Dentrix, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office.
Serve as the primary front desk coordinator by welcoming patients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
Oversee patient scheduling to maximize office efficiency.
Manage insurance verification, claims processing, billing, and collections.
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix.
Supervise and support the administrative team while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Handle financial arrangements, reports, and administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with office policies and industry regulations.
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve patient concerns professionally.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of dental office management experience (required).
Must have experience using Dentrix software.
Strong knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and billing.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
