Overview
Important: Applicants must be available Monday–Friday every week and must drive a large SUV or van to be considered for this position.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dog Walker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and exercise for dogs while ensuring their safety and well-being during walks. As a Dog Walker, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with both pets and their owners, contributing to a positive experience for everyone involved.

Duties

Walk dogs of various sizes and temperaments, ensuring they receive adequate exercise and attention.
Maintain control of dogs at all times, ensuring their safety and the safety of others.
Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dog's behavior, needs, and any concerns that may arise during walks.
Clean up after dogs and dispose of waste properly to maintain cleanliness in the community.
Monitor the health and behavior of dogs during walks, reporting any unusual signs or issues to pet owners.
Follow specific instructions provided by pet owners regarding their dog's care and preferences.

Skills

Ability to manage multiple dogs safely while maintaining focus on each individual pet's behavior.
Excellent communication skills for providing updates to pet owners about their dog's activities.
A genuine love for animals, with an understanding of dog behavior and training basics being a plus.
Reliability and punctuality are essential to ensure scheduled walks are completed as promised.

Pay: $400.00-$500.00 per week

What is your experience with dogs?
This position requires walking for an hour on uneven trails across 50 acres in various weather conditions. Are you comfortable and able to perform these physical duties?
