Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and automated industrial equipment to ensure continuous production.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
Diagnose and resolve issues involving conveyors, robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and documentation in accordance with company standards.
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
Follow and enforce all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental regulations.

What You Bring:

Valid 433A Industrial Millwright License (preferred) or strong hands-on mechanical maintenance experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
Proven troubleshooting, mechanical, and diagnostic skills with various industrial machinery.
Solid understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and automation systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and teamwork mindset.
Flexibility to work various shifts and respond to urgent maintenance needs when required.
