Apartment Leasing Agent (Independent – Commission Only ***********)

RentBolt is a fast-growing, rental-focused real estate company operating across Ontario’s core urban markets. We connect renters from around the world with quality properties — delivering one of the most streamlined apartment-hunting experiences in the industry.

We’re expanding into new markets and looking for driven, independent Leasing Agents to join us.

What This Role Really Is

This is not a traditional 9–5 job.
This is a freelance-style, independent agent opportunity. We're open to part-time and full-time available candidates.

You manage your own schedule
You are trained and supported
You are given access to properties and inbound demand
Your compensation is 100% performance-based

No micromanagement. No fixed hours.
You are measured on results, not time spent.

If you’re entrepreneurial, self-disciplined, and motivated by performance, this role gives you the freedom to operate like your own business within a fast-growing platform.

Unlike traditional real estate:

You do not prospect for listings
You do not chase sellers
You focus strictly on leasing and servicing clients
You plug into an existing system with active inventory

Your job is simple:
Market units → Conduct tours → Process applications → Close leases.

Compensation

Commission Only – High Earning Potential

Top performers earn $8,000+ per month, with no income ceiling.

The more efficient and organized you are, the more you earn.

What You’ll Do

As a RentBolt Apartment & City Expert, you will:

Market available properties across digital platforms
Conduct property tours with prospective tenants
Guide applicants through screening and documentation
Coordinate background checks and verifications
Successfully place tenants into homes

You become the trusted advisor for renters navigating a competitive market.
