We are seeking a motivated and confident Business Development Representative to join our growing team on a fully remote, commission-based structure.
This role is focused on strategic outbound prospecting through both cold and warm outreach to business decision-makers. Your primary responsibility will be scheduling qualified sales appointments for our Founder & CEO with organizations that could benefit from cybersecurity solutions and advisory services.

This is a precision-focused business development role, not a high-volume call center position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls and warm follow-up calls to prospective clients
- Sourcing and qualify high-quality sales opportunities
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target organizations
- Build rapport quickly and communicate professionally with executives and business owners
- Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the Founder & CEO
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity within CRM systems
- Follow structured outreach campaigns while adapting communication naturally to each prospect
- Consistently meet outreach and appointment-setting targets
- Represent the Availien brand professionally and confidently in all interactions

- Previous experience in appointment setting, sales development, telemarketing, recruiting, insurance, or B2B sales is an asset, but not required for the right candidate
