Dy-Tech Inc. is a Canadian-owned precision metal fabrication company serving OEMs across industrial, electrical, medical, infrastructure, telecommunications, transportation and emerging technology markets. We are seeking a senior leader who combines strong business development skills with manufacturing experience to help grow the business while leading day-to-day operations.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's growth strategy.
- Build relationships with OEMs, engineering firms and strategic accounts.
- Generate new business and expand existing customer relationships.
- Lead estimating, operations and production teams.
- Improve operational efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and develop employees while building a high-performance culture.
- Work closely with ownership to identify new markets and long-term opportunities.
- Represent Dy-Tech at customer meetings, trade shows and industry events.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of leadership experience in metal fabrication, contract manufacturing or precision manufacturing.
- Strong network within Ontario manufacturing and industrial markets.
- Proven success developing new business and winning major accounts.
- Solid understanding of fabrication processes including laser cutting, CNC machining, forming, welding and assembly.
- Financial and operational management experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience selling into markets such as industrial automation, electrical equipment, medical devices, defense, telecommunications, energy, transportation or data centres would be a strong asset.

Pay: $75,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
