Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and innovative Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and amplify our brand voice across various platforms. In this dynamic role, you will craft compelling content, develop strategic campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to engage our target audience effectively. Your passion for digital marketing and creativity will drive brand awareness, foster community engagement, and support our overall marketing objectives. Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and timely engagement
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly to foster community interaction
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content visibility and reach
Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights; prepare reports to measure success and inform future campaigns
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns including Facebook Advertising to boost reach and conversions
Proofread all content meticulously to maintain brand voice, accuracy, and professionalism
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices

Qualifications

Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations in a digital marketing capacity
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite
Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer (application)
Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and how they influence content strategy
Familiarity with Facebook Advertising platform for creating targeted ad campaigns
Understanding of e-commerce platforms and how social media can drive online sales
Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written content
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
