Sultan Ahmet Turkish Cuisine is the highest-reviewed Turkish restaurant in Canada, with over 18,000+ reviews at our Mississauga location. We are renowned for our authentic Turkish flavors, exceptional hospitality, and vibrant dining experience. With multiple locations, we are expanding our team to continue delivering top-notch service to our guests.

Role Description

We are looking for Restaurant Servers to join our team at our new Ajax location. This is an on-site, full-time role where you will interact with guests, take orders, serve food, and create an outstanding dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen.
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Assist in handling guest inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
Process payments and manage cash or card transactions accurately.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a restaurant server is required.
Full-time avalibility is required
Fluent in English (Turkish is an added advantage)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A customer-first attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to multitask and stay organized during peak hours.

Experience:

3 years (essential)
