- $17.60, no over time.
– 1 year full-time. Expected employment of 1 year, estimated employment starting October 10th 2026 - October 10th 2027. The work schedule is atypical. There are busy and slow periods 30 hours to 80 hours. The average workday is 10 hours, and work week is 55 hours. Must be able to work weekdays, weekends and holidays.
– there are no minimum education requirements but we are seeking a worker with a minimum of 1 seasons work experience in agriculture, and/or horticulture, and/or farming as an asset. On job training will be provided.
– Fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and hand eye coordination is required. Work incudes repetitive motions, bending, stretching, crouching, and standing for extended periods. There is heavy handling and must be able to lift weight of 50lbs.

· - In Summary seeding, potting, watering, maintaining crops, caring for crops, cleaning, assembling orders, preparing the orders for delivery, loading the trucks, generic greenhouse work like tagging items, organizing or moving crops, putting irrigation systems, general greenhouse maintenance, and helping out customers

Prepare soil, plant seeds and cuttings, and transplant seedlings and rooted cuttings on automated lines or by hand into pots
Monitor plants for healthy growth and potential weed, insect, disease, and fertilizer problems
Water flowers and plants
Position greenhouse and outdoor irrigation systems to water plants
Prepare plants for sale by filling orders as dictated, sorting and packing plants onto racks
Load, unload and transfer racks, supplies, and products for transport
Clean up racks, trays, and general clean-up of growing, producing and packing areas
May assist with general maintenance and maintenance of equipment and tools
