How you will make an impact:

As a Pharmacy Manager at Rexall, you’ll ensure excellence in patient care, customer service, and operational efficiency. Your Patient focused responsibilities will include:

Provide clinical services
Offer professional advice on prescriptions and OTC products
Manage inventory and accurate dispensing of prescriptions
Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and Rexall policies
Engage with patients to provide medication counseling and positive interactions
Ensure proper preparation, packaging, distribution and storage of vaccines, serums, biologicals and other drugs and pharmaceuticals
Ensure the information on prescriptions is accurate, enter client information in databases and prepare medications for clients
Support multiple locations in both Colwood and Victoria, BC

How you will succeed:

Minimum of one (1) year of working experience in a pharmacy environment
Completion of a Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree
Licensed as a Pharmacist in British Columbia, Canada
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Availability to work day, evening and weekend shifts
Ability to support multiple Rexall locations in both Colwood and Victoria, BC
Have a can-do attitude when tasked with responsibilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
