Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards
Assist guests with menu selections and answer questions about specials or ingredients
Ensure all orders are delivered accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations
Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Process payments accurately using POS systems
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol and food safety standards
Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service during busy hours

Experience

Previous experience as a server or bartender is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a lively environment
Knowledge of alcohol service laws and responsible beverage service is a plus
Friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $21.00-$25.01 per hour
