Your Opportunity

As the Fixed Operations Manager, you will provide leadership and strategic direction to the Service and Parts departments. You will be responsible for building a positive culture, developing your team, improving the customer experience and driving strong operational and financial results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop the Service and Parts teams
Build a positive, accountable and performance-driven culture
Drive departmental sales, gross profit, productivity and customer retention
Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement plans
Ensure exceptional customer service and timely resolution of concerns
Improve shop productivity, technician efficiency and overall capacity
Maintain appropriate staffing levels and support recruitment and retention
Oversee warranty, internal, customer-pay and parts operations
Manage inventory, work in progress, expenses and departmental processes
Work collaboratively with the General Manager and senior leadership
Ensure all manufacturer, company and safety standards are consistently met

What You Bring

A minimum of two years of Fixed Operations Manager experience
Strong automotive Service and Parts operational knowledge
Proven leadership, coaching and team-development abilities
A demonstrated ability to improve performance and profitability
Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
A customer-first approach and commitment to operational excellence
Experience with PBS is considered an asset but is not required
